The sixth African Internet Governance Forum (AfIGF 2017) was held from 4th to 6th December 2017 in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. The event brought together a wide range of stakeholders from across the continent—including governments, private sector, civil society, academia, and the technical community—to address pressing Internet governance issues relevant to Africa. The Draft Agenda focused on themes such as access, data protection, cybersecurity, youth engagement, and innovation.
