15th African Internet Governance Forum (AfIGF 2026)

The 15th African Internet Governance Forum (AfIGF 2026) will take place in Accra, Ghana, from 2–5 November 2026, bringing together policymakers, government representatives, parliamentarians, private sector leaders, civil society organizations, technical community experts, academia, youth, and development partners from across Africa and beyond. The event will be hosted in a hybrid format, enabling participation both onsite and online.

Under the theme Advancing Africa’s Digital Future Through Innovation, Inclusion, and Trust, AfIGF 2026 will provide a premier multistakeholder platform for dialogue, collaboration, and policy exchange on key Internet governance and digital policy issues shaping Africa’s future. Discussions will focus on areas including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital trust, digital inclusion, connectivity, data governance, digital identity, online safety, and emerging technologies.
