Since its inception in 2012, the African Internet Governance Forum (AfIGF) has served as the continent’s premier platform for discussing Internet governance issues. Held annually across different African countries, each edition has brought together diverse stakeholders to address regional challenges, share best practices, and shape Africa’s voice in the global digital space. From Cairo to Addis Ababa, Lilongwe to Abuja, the forum continues to grow in impact, reinforcing inclusive, multistakeholder collaboration on Africa’s digital development journey.
