The 8th African Internet Governance Forum (AfIGF 2019) was held from 10th to 12th September 2019 in N’Djamena, Chad. The forum brought together a diverse mix of stakeholders from across Africa to deliberate on the theme of advancing digital cooperation and strengthening Internet governance frameworks. Discussions focused on issues such as cybersecurity, access, digital rights, emerging technologies, and local content development.
