The second African Internet Governance Forum (AfIGF) was held from 24th to 26th September 2013 in Nairobi, Kenya. This edition built on the outcomes of the inaugural forum, with stakeholders from governments, civil society, the private sector, and technical communities discussing emerging digital policy issues in Africa. The Draft Agenda included sessions on multilingualism, cybersecurity, youth engagement, and regional coordination.
